Who are we?

Hi, I’m Maite, and I want to share with you a story that didn’t start with big plans or all the answers…

It started with a passion.
A passion for doing my makeup, for trying products, for feeling good about myself. It began with curiosity—with a makeup box I bought—not knowing I was opening the first door to what is now Beautique Cosmetics + Euphoria.

At that time, I had another job, but something inside me wanted more. I wanted to build something of my own, something I was passionate about. That’s how the idea was born.

I opened my first physical store in 2014. I was 20 years old and had no experience in the industry. My husband supported me the whole time. For a long time, I worked alone—serving customers, managing accounts, recruiting clients, and knocking on doors. It was all effort, determination, and a strong faith that this would one day grow.

Over time, my husband joined the business and everything changed. He brought technology, vision, and unconditional support. We learned to work as a team and discovered that couples can also grow together in business. That’s how we began to move—literally. We changed locations, markets, and cities. We worked in groups, in malls, in small booths… some worked, others didn’t. But we never stopped.

Then the pandemic hit. We had to close again. No income, no certainty. We went back to selling on the streets. And right there, in the middle of it all, another part of the dream was born: we started selling wholesale. It happened by chance—just trying to get discounts—but we discovered that many women like me wanted to start their own businesses from home, earn income, and care for their families. And I decided to join them.

Above all, we owe everything to God, for the wisdom and diligence He has given us. Today, we have two physical stores, a wholesale operation with national distribution, a growing online store, and a team of more than 30 people, including direct and indirect collaborators.

And the most beautiful part: many of our first customers now own their own stores. They started by buying a dozen lipsticks, and today they are women leaders who inspire others.
Knowing we have been part of their stories fills my heart with joy.

Where do we want to go?
As high as we can, but always with our feet on the ground. We want to expand our vision, be an example to follow, and a guide for entrepreneurs like us.
May God prosper us so we can be a source of blessing to others.
Our businesses are a reminder that when you put God first and never give up, anything is possible.
