SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Beautique Cosmetics LLC through our website at https://cosmeticsbeautique.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Shipping & Delivery

Beautique Cosmetics LLC currently ships merchandise to locations within the United States and its territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered through this Site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the carrier.

Consumer Agreement & Return Policy

All sales are final. No monetary refunds will be issued; exchanges may be available where applicable. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Due to the hygienic nature of our products and applicable United States health regulations, we cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or make exchanges on any washable, reusable, or absorbent products once the original package has been opened.

Customers may request an exchange (subject to a 15% restocking fee) on eligible returned orders, provided the return is initiated within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of purchase. Used items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. All returns and exchanges must be made in accordance with the policies set forth herein.
